"It's a Gift?!"

I am a very lucky lady, not only to be married to a very nice man, who puts of up with my "Shanagans", he does dishes too!! I know..I really have no room to complain. However there is this one thing that absolutely drives me nuts.

I can't tell you how many glasses and plates, toilet seats, soap dishes, shower curtains, and other random things we have gone through and had replaced since we have been married. (Picture of where our soapdish was, Paul accidently pulled it out of the wall one day. Don't ask me how. lol)
Usually it starts off with him doing the dishes, then I hear "Oooops", followed by "Um, Babe, do we have anymore glasses?" His Mom bought us for this last Christmas 16, count them 16 new glasses and so far 4 have broke. We only put a few out at time, the rest are protected in my closet as backup. I have since packed all our dishes except for plates we are getting rid of, and these giant plastic cups we collected from May Fest, cause they can't be broken. LOL..

Last night was a new one for The Paul. Picture the scene: We were in the kitchen I was unloading groceries, he was making a salad for dinner. Having our usual "tell me about your day" chit, chat. I hear a crack from the corner of the room, followed by "Wow, Paul that is some of your best work!" Paul was saying this to himself.

I look over and there in his hand was the glass bottle of Salad dressing brand new mind you, with the top broken off. Not just the plastic bit, like half of the glass portion with the plastic!

My jaw just dropped, "How did that happen?!!!" thinking it had to just be a faulty bottle..

Paul:" Well you know how they have that plastic seals on it? Well I took the knife (picture butcher knife) to break the seal, and I guess it went farther than I thought"

I am shaking my head,"I don't know how you do it?"

Paul: "It's a gift! What can I say?!"
Ah he makes me laugh, never a dull moment around here..never. LOL...
